Virtual Group Flexibility Training
60-minute sessions are held weekly over Zoom.

Each week we target different muscle groups as we align our body by focusing on flexibility and relieving muscle tension. Leave feeling invigorated and relaxed! Students must prepare their own equipment: a mat, belt or resistance band, cushions or yoga blocks. All flexibility levels are welcome!
For cancellations, please notify your coach at least 48 hours in advance. Classes are not refundable or transferable.
